Jesus Rolon - Board Secretary


Jesús M. Rolón is a dedicated educator and community leader based in Syracuse, NY. He holds a Master of Science in Spanish Literature and Culture from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with a minor in Theater and Special Education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Jesús has served as a Service Coordinator for the Onondaga County Reentry Task Force and as a Spanish teacher within the Syracuse City School District. He is actively involved in several local initiatives, including the Hispanic Syracuse Committee, where he collaborates with Latino-serving organizations to highlight the contributions of Latinos in Central New York. Additionally, he plays a vital role as a board member and Vice-President of I-Mobile and has organized the Corazones Unidos Initiative to support Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria. Jesús is also the leader of Dale315, a platform dedicated to promoting Latino events and businesses, demonstrating his commitment to uplifting and supporting the Latino community.

Dr. Eric Zabriskie, MD. - Board Treasurer

Dr. Eric Zabriskie is a dedicated psychiatrist and clinical director of outpatient services at Rolling Hills Hospital, where he combines his passion for mental health with artistic creativity. A graduate of The Norton College of Medicine, where he earned his Medical Doctorate in 2019 and was honored with the Gold Humanism Honor Society, Dr. Zabriskie also holds a post-baccalaureate degree from Harvard and a BA in English from the University of Chicago. His diverse experience includes counseling at the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders Institute and teaching language and arts at Cobblestone School. Alongside his medical career, he is an accomplished freelance sculptor and music producer, with his works showcased at www.ericzabriskie.com. A proactive researcher, he has presented at national psychiatric meetings and produced educational content addressing pressing public health issues, including harm reduction in the opioid epidemic.
